What have we done?
Some of our projects are difficult to share. Often our role is to deliver input and materials to make others look great. That is what we love!
With that said, below are some projects exemplifying how we could work together.
The business case for environmental sustainability
- when a research & business strategy created a new, profitable company
A sustainability-focused business project, involving surveys and digital infrastructure, prompted the creation of a consulting company, which later turned into a re-design of an existing business with a profitable new model and a website generating sales.
What did we do? Study design, surveys, analysis, report writing, digital infrastructure, redesign, and repackaging, brand identity, digital member portal setup, CRM implementation, sales, business development concepts, SoMe campaigns, e-mail marketing, digital leads generation, website creation, -design, copywriting and project management among other things.

In this business development project, we created a new business model and outtakes for a knowledge-based company in the food-/agriculture tech field.

Really successful sound
In this research project, we delved into key factors for success in the audio medium, exploring algorithm-friendly visuals, product launches, revenue streams, and cross-promotion strategies.
What did we do? We interviewed leading experts, researched the market, and collected data to find international best practices for marketing across different platforms. Which we then turned into strategy documents as well as checklists and guidelines ready to use in the organization. We helped to implement this new way of working and set up a digital infrastructure to accommodate this fast-paced company at the forefront of a fast-paced industry.

The anonymous silver medalist
- how the unknown runner up got noticed
Even though they were the second largest company in their field, brand visibility, and brand engagement were low. We have rebranded the company, enhancing visibility and digital marketing efforts, which resulted in a 200% increase in conversions compared to the previous year. We continuously work to improve the digital infrastructure and brand engagement and have developed a digital lead-generating infrastructure which has led to a tripling of the sales force to handle all incoming leads.
What do we do? Visual identity, design, web design and content, surveys, analysis, digital infrastructure, brand identity, digital marketing, business development concepts, SoMe campaigns, e-mail marketing, digital leads generation, SEM, SEO, Brand Development, Copywriting, PR advisory.

An agnostic approach to transform company culture
We were asked to develop a new approach to promote workplace inclusion. The project set out to measure employee behaviors, not perceptions, and change how we talk about non-inclusive experiences in the workplace.
Using an agnostic approach to asking questions and radical transparency in displaying the answers, we uncovered less-discussed behaviors, fostering inclusivity in multiple large and medium-sized Swedish companies.
What did we do? Brand identity, communication strategy, digital infrastructure, web design, web content, investor relations, budgeting, study design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, report writing, and sales.

The interim marketing manager
Sometimes collaborators seek ways to boost productivity within their team without overwhelming their current staff. Alternatively, they may not have an in-house marketing department but still have strategic initiatives and projects that need attention. That is where we come in!
We can wear multiple hats, drawing from our experience as copywriters, art directors, project managers, product owners, digital leaders, CMOs and CEOs.
Duration of project: Ongoing
The hyper-local leads the way
This project investigates how we can use hyper-local feedback as an innovation engine for large-scale societies in the future. We worked with the initiators to develop creative ways to digitize civic engagement, shaping more circular and resource-efficient societies.
Duration of project: 2 years
The CEO jack-of-all-trades
We work directly with CEOs and C-level management as sounding boards and handymen. We are the sleeves the CEO pushes up when their own are at their armpits, the lap where they can throw the things that overflow their desk, and the extra brain cells to store thoughts that need to be turned into action. We research, collect, analyze, describe, calculate, facilitate decision-making, and visualize things to be presented to employees, clients, investors, or the board of directors.
This is a relationship built on mutual trust and a high level of flexibility on our part. We love it. The best feedback a CEO ever gave us? "You are so incredibly useful!".

Inclusive tech in Ukraine
Talk! Ukraine is an NGO that brings access to tools and technologies for people with disorders and/or disabilities in Ukraine. A team of skilled developers (whom we have known and worked with for almost ten years) has teamed up with civil society, doctors, artists, and media around social involvement and inclusion. They research the most critical needs of the target group, investigate which digital tools are used to address their needs internationally and bring those solutions to Ukraine. They also build new software to help alleviate identified problems.
Basically, we try to help in all the ways we can. So far we have helped to set up the web page, raise donations, and functioned as sounding boards.
Duration of project: Ongoing pro-bono project
Concepts with restrictions
How do you create large-scale digital brand visibility for a physical event when access to the physical event is restricted to the masses? We worked creatively to come up with concepts that balanced restrictive boundaries and project-specific conditions to drive visibility and brand exposure with the numbers to prove success.
What did we do? Concept development, concept presentations and concept follow-up.
Duration of project: 7 months
